FUMC-RR Disaster Response Team
FUMC-RR cooperates with UMVIM (United Methodist Volunteers in Mission) and UMCOR (United Methodist Commission on Relief) to provided volunteer opportunities and training for individuals who join our teams to serve those impacted by natural disaster throughout our region. Currently we are focused on helping families still recovering from recent hurricanes along the Texas Gulf Coast. Click below and complete the form to get information about the next trip. Kairos Prison Ministry
We partner with Kairos Prison Ministry International, a Christian ministry which addresses the spiritual needs of incarcerated men, women, youth, and their families. We work with Kairos to share the love and forgiveness of Jesus Christ through weekend retreats for prisoners and their families.
