Your faith journey need not be a solitary one. First Church offers many small group opportunities designed to help you grow in your relationship with the Lord and in service to others. Opportunities include Bible and spiritual enrichment studies, fellowship and relational groups.
Please note: While most all classes meet in-person, we do have groups are using use a hybrid model and we have one class that meets via teleconference. Contact Jennifer Hall, Director of Adult Ministry & Congregational Care, at jennifer@fumc-rr.org for a list of class available.

Sunday School
Adult Sunday School classes are an important component of finding a place to connecting and growing with others in our congregation. All of our classes welcome new people and would love to have you as their guest this Sunday. Visit several classes to see which best fits your needs and interests.
Bible Studies and Classes
Our Bible Studies offer a safe environment to study God’s Word in the context of community, in addition to teaching you the tools to study on your own. Whether you’ve never opened a Bible or you are a veteran at studying God’s Word, our Bible Studies are designed to meet you where you are.
Fellowship Groups
We realize that a healthy church is one that enjoys the fellowship of one another. The Christian life was not meant to be lived alone.
