Camp Eagle Adult Registration Is OPEN!

Although it’s only just beginning to feel like fall, we’re already looking forward to another summer of adventure at Camp Eagle! We hope you’ll make plans to join us July 18–23, 2027

This year, we’re changing our registration process by opening adult chaperone registration before student registration. This will help us ensure we have the right ratio of students to adult chaperones.

As a chaperone at Camp Eagle, you’ll jump into the fun alongside our students, help supervise your group throughout the week, and stay with them in their cabins. It’s a great opportunity to build relationships, make memories, and be part of an incredible week of faith and adventure!

There is no cost to register as an adult chaperone, and adults who register for camp will receive an early opportunity to register their own children.

We hope you’ll consider joining us for an incredible week of faith, fun, and adventure this summer!

Student Registration and Payment Information

When student registration opens, the early-bird cost for Camp Eagle will be $600 per student, with $110 due at the time of registration. Early-bird pricing is available through October 31, after which the cost will increase to $650 per student.

Payments will be scheduled throughout the year according to the following timeline:

2026–2027 Payment Schedule

·       At registration: $110

·       March 23: 50% of camp fees due

·       June 22: Remaining balance due in full
