Deaths are difficult times. In addition to the support of our pastors, staff and volunteers, the Bereavement Ministry Team offers the following food service for our families who have suffered the death of a loved one:
- coordinate a meal for family, out of town guests and close friends before the funeral/memorial service
- host a reception for all in attendance after the service
For more information on this ministry contact Tricia Gossett at email@example.com for assistance and additional information.

Grief Support Group
Grief Groups begin on an as-requested basis. Contact the church office for the date of the next one.
Grief is disruptive and disorienting. Sharing the journey with others can help to navigate this difficult but significant growth. Grief Support is a curriculum- based support group for those who have experienced the death of a loved one. Participants gather weekly to grow through the experience of loss in a supportive environment where feelings, questions and insights can be shared in the confidential fellowship of others who have experienced or are experiencing the loss of a loved one. Grief support groups are offered on an as-needed basis using GriefShare, a 13-week video-based curriculum.
For more information, and the next group’s start date, contact Dr. Will Cotton.
