CrossRoads AM

Please note that CrossRoads AM now begins at 9:40. This is part of an effort to help with the transition to the 11:00 o'clock hour. Many childcare opportunities as well as Sunday Schools do accept children earlier than 9:40.

What's It Like?

CrossRoads AM is a contemporary praise and worship style service. A rapidly growing and relatively new worship opportunity to First Church, this service seeks to blend the latest in music and multimedia with some of the more traditional elements of song and worship. Musically, you can expect to hear a mix of recently released worship music along with modern adaptations of hymntunes and slightly older praise and worship melodies. You'll even recognize many of the songs from Christian radio. All this is an attempt by our worship team to create for you an opportunity to worship in spirit and in truth.

How About the Messages?

The messages at Crossroads AM are mostly given by our pastors, Rev. David Adkins and Rev. John Clifford. As with our two sanctuary services, we are blessed with two engaging and uplifting preachers who will seek to inspire you to see Christ not only on Sundays, but each and every day God has given you! Be prepared to be molded by God into the man or woman He created you to be.

Where Do We Meet?

Both CrossRoads Praise & Worship celebrations have a unique location for worship ~ the Family Life Center. We use this facility to capture an intimate atmosphere using the accents of technical lighting, candles, and high quality sound and multi-media.

CrossRoads Childcare

CrossRoads Services are designed for the whole family ~ regardless of the age of your little ones. However childcare is available at CrossRoads AM for children up to two years old and Sunday School is available for children older than two years.
