Spring Ringing at First Church!

The Spring 2008 ringing schedule will be a busy one! All seven performing teams of ringers will be actively involved in performance ministry in worship services and in concerts planned for the semester.

We give all the glory to God and ask His blessing on everything we do. We thank Him for the opportunities we have to worship through the art of handbell ringing! The following dates make up our schedule of Spring of 2008!

• Sunday, February 10: Council Oak Bells ring at both 8:30 and 11am services
• Sunday, February 17: Revelation Ringer Bronze ring at both 8:30 and 11am services
• Sunday, February 24: Jubilation rings at both 8:30 and 11am services
• Sunday, March 2: Kids of the Kingdom Chimes ring at 8:30am service; Kids of the Kingdom Bells ring at 11am service
• Sunday, March 23 (EASTER SUNDAY): Council Oak Bells ring at 9:30 and 11am services
• Sunday, March 30: Revelation Ringer Tins ring at both 8:30 and 11am services
• Sunday, April 13: Jubilation rings at both 8:30 and 11am services
• Friday, April 25: Council Oak Bells performs at General Conference in Fort Worth
• Sunday, April 27: Revelation Ringer Bronze rings at both 8:30 and 11am services
• Sunday, May 4: Kids of the Kingdom Bells rings at 8:30am service; Kids of the Kingdom Chimes rings at 11am service
• Monday, May 5: Kids of the Kingdom Bells and Chimes and Revelation Ringer Tins present a recital at 6pm in the Sanctuary
• Saturday, May 10: POPS 2008: "Good Vibrations!" featuring Jubilation, Council Oak Bells, Sound of Joy and friends!
• Sunday, June 22: Council Oak Bells perform at worship in Austin at the Area IX AGEHR Festival Conference
