April Outreaches for Adult Bell Teams!

In the coming weeks, our two active adult handbell teams will be sharing the art of handbell ringing with others. Both Jubilation and Council Oak Bells will soon be "on the road!"

On Sunday, April 22, the Jubilation handbell team will ring in Hutto, Texas at Discovery United Methodist Church. "It will be great fun!" exclaims director Patricia Raglin. We absolutely love to ring and look forward to the opportunity to share what we do with others."

On Sunday, April 29, the Council Oak Bells will travel to First United Methodist Church Pflugerville to ring at services there. "Neither Hutto Discovery Methodist or FUMC Pflugerville have handbells as part of their music ministries," explains Carla David. "As Director of our Handbell Ministry at First Church, I can tell you that we feel blessed that our church has supported our growth through the years. We are lucky to have a fully graded Handbell Ministry and we're always looking for more folks to join us!"

Both Jubilation and Council Oak Bells are preparing repertoire for POPS 2007, which takes place in the Family Life Center on Saturday, May 5. To find out more about this special benefit concert, simply click on "Rhythm and Rainbows."
