A Walk through Holy Week

Children and parents experienced the entry into Jerusalem, the Last supper in the Upper Room, learning about prayer in the Garden, an ice cube suffering devotion and the joyous news that Our Lord had risen at the Resurrection Celebration March 22. Games such as Water of Life Relay and The Body of Christ Challenge entertained older children while children of all ages had their faces and hands painted by youth artists, played butterfly ring toss and a Pass the Egg Cupcake Game.

A special thank you goes to Julie Hebel, Mike Wozniak, Kirsten Prud’homme, Brian McDonnell and Ashley Shuler for portraying our Bible characters at the five stations of Holy Week.
