4th of July Soldier Supplies
06/07/2010In preparation for Independence Day, our Y’ALL Sunday School class is spearheading a congregation-wide drive to send care packages to U.S. military troops deployed overseas. We would like to offer the congregation the opportunity to thank our soldiers by donating much needed items. more

Memorial Day...a day of remembrance
05/28/2010Memorial Day, originally called Decoration Day, is a day of remembrance for those who have died in our nation's service. At 3 pm local time, all Americans are asked "to voluntarily and informally observe in their own way a Moment of remembrance and respect, pausing from whatever they are doing for a moment of silence or listening to "Taps." Women's Book Club
