Celebrating Pentecost in the Home
05/23/2007On Sunday, May 27, Christian churches celebrate Pentecost. For Christians, Pentecost occurs fifty days after Easter. In our families, we may have elaborate celebrations of Christmas and Easter, but fail to celebrate Pentecost. However, without Pentecost, we wouldn't have the church. more
Volunteer Landscapers Needed!
05/17/2007A group of dedicated volunteers, headed up by Ty Johnston, is working on Wednesday evenings to enhance our church landscape. They generally work from 4:30 - 8:00 pm and would love to have more help. As Ty said, "This church landscape is larger than you think!" So if gardening and landscaping is your passion, please come share your talents and hard work with us! more

Eagle Pass Relief Collection
05/09/2007During the month of May, the First Church Disaster Response Team (DRT) will be working with the Storehouse to collect and distribute household items for the tornado victims in Eagle Pass. First Church Gounds Cleanup - Part 2
05/02/2007The Friends and Seekers class invites you to join them in a cleanup of the north fence line on Sunday, May 20th following the 11 am service.
