Childcare Information Page

We believe your child is a special gift from God, and we want your child to feel welcome and a part of our programs through the people and activities that God has placed in this ministry.  You can rest assured that your child will be in a loving and nurturing environment while you participate in Bible study, choir rehearsal, or as a volunteer in another church program.

Childcare is provided in Building 5 weekdays and evenings for classes, events and programs that have arranged for childcare at least two weeks prior to the beginning of the event.  Before childcare can be offered a minimum of two families and three children must be registered for the class, program or event

Childcare Staff: Each childcare room is staffed with two members of our paid childcare team.  Each room is open 15 minutes before the time your class or event begins.  Additional childcare information can be found here.

We do not use pagers in the nursery so we ask you to leave your cell phone number and location when you drop your child.  Please keep your phone silenced but in view so we can reach you if needed.

Health Policies: In order to ensure the safety and health of other children and staff, we follow guidelines similar to the Round Rock Independent School District policy. We ask that you not bring children to the nursery if he/she has had any of the following symptoms within the past 24 hours:

  • Fever
  • Vomiting
  • Discharge in & around eyes
  • Excessive coughing
  • Diarrhea
  • Runny nose (anything but clear)
  • Skin Rash

If your child develops a fever or any other illness symptoms, you will be notified promptly and asked to take your child out of the nursery.
