LifeGroups are small groups that join together for spiritual growth, study and mission. They have 8-16 members.
These four groups will meet on Sundays at 8:30 or 11 am and are designed primarily for people who attend the 9:40 am Crossroads worship service. As needed, classes for children and youth will become available. While these groups will take place on Sunday morning, the vision is that LifeGroups will eventually happen during the week all over Round Rock and the surrounding area. Be praying for this exciting development in our ministry!
The first four group offerings include:
- Be Awesome. For those who are wanting to develop their personal walk through devotional prayer and study, this is for you. Facilitators: Dr. Paul Berg & Amy Friggle, 8:45 am. Meets in Payne Cottage, room 2.
- Parents of young children and building a Christian family. Parents are still the primary spiritual developers of children, so this study will provide a supportive community for learning how to do that. Facilitators: Scott & Pamela Mallory, 11 am. Meets in Adkins Education Bldg. 5, room 148.
- LAKERS (Life After Kids…) For parents of youth in late high school to young adults just out of college, this small group offers support and study. Topics include: Getting Reacquainted after the Kids are Gone, Building New Relationships with Your Emerging Young Adult, and a New Look at Finances. Facilitators: Steve & Peggy Bixler, 11 am. Meets in Adkins Education Bldg. 5, room 124.
- Putting Your Faith into Action. This small group will mix study and mission, opening with Bob Goff’s Love Does. Open to all ages and stages. Facilitators: Michael & Regina Bohmfalk, 11 am. Meets in Adkins Education Bldg. 5, room 222.
